👋 Hello, I'm Nick.
Your job as a CEO is to defy the odds and do something extraordinary. However, when you sit at the top of the org chart, there are no roles dedicated to supporting the CEO’s success. My goal is to provide that support.
I’m not a certified coach. I’ve spent my career walking in your shoes as a CEO, from the first customer to tens of millions in revenue. As a result, my approach blends coaching and collaboration. When you are making a big hire, preparing for a board meeting, building a new product, or even writing copy, I can go beyond coaching and jump into the details with you.

A CEO peer group was transformational for me, so I facilitate a small number of peer groups. Each has 5-6 CEOs with shared values and similar scale.
For CEOs working on a project with a finite scope and timeframe, I’m open to operating in a fractional capacity to help the team be successful.
